Romm Diamonds Total Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your new Romm purchase or gift. You can count on Romm Quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange your piece of jewelry in its original condition for up to 30 days from the date of first purchase. Naturally, there are no exchanges for special orders, custom work, dated or engraved items, special events merchandise or sale items. Any jewelry that has been altered, sized or worn is not eligible for return or exchange since it is no longer new. No cash returns except to the original purchaser with the sales receipt within the same 30 days. All boxes and instructions must be included with watch returns or exchanges. We will repair any item with a defect in workmanship up to one full year.

Gem Treatments
Natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted jewelry industry practices. All gems that we sell have probably been subject to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process. If this is a matter of concern, we can send your gem to a nationally recognized gem laboratory at your expense for an expression of opinion.

Diamond Exchange
Romm Diamonds will accept undamaged and unaltered diamond solitaire earrings, pendants, and rings purchased at Romm’s at their full purchase price (less tax) in trade. The new item must equal at least twice the purchase price of the trade in value. We often accept items originally purchased elsewhere for trade.

Special Orders
Special orders will require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50%. Special orders are not refundable or returnable. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the client's request.

Layaway Policy
Articles may be placed on layaway for a maximum of 270 days (9 months) with a minimum deposit of 20%. Monthly payments equal to 10% of the original purchase price are required. If the item has not been paid for within 270 days (9 months) or two payments are missed, it will be returned to stock and a store credit in the amount of the original deposit and subsequent payments will be issued.

Diamond Disclosure
The diamonds at Romm Diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict diamonds in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. Romm Diamonds has personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by thesupplier of these diamonds.

Servicing and Cleaning
Romm Diamonds is happy to clean and check any jewelry you own regardless of where you purchased it free of charge. We recommend you do this twice a year. Please know that we check your jewelry as best we can but there are inherent qualities in jewelry that cannot be detected by visual inspection alone such as chlorine damage, poor casting, etc. Therefore, our inspections do not come with any guarantee your ring will not break or gems will not come out. Again, we recommend you have your jewelry insured.

Payment Methods
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay. We also offer financing thru Wells Fargo. We offer special financing options through Wells Fargo, such as: 6 months financing for purchases under $1,000.  Subject to approved credit. 12 months financing for purchases over $1,000.  Subject to approved credit. Returned Checks
Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
